I've worked for over twenty years in the not-for-profit sector, in senior charity data roles for a wide range of organisations, from start-ups to global organisations.
I have experience in charity insight, data analyst, and marketing roles as well as data management, so I understand both the questions charities are asking about their supporters, and the technical challenges that can stand in the way of good insight.
I know that while charities are rightly held to a high standard of data governance, they have limited budget and resources.
